Physicians

The medicine is real because the physicians are real.

BioHaus is not a wellness studio with a physician on call. Every protocol is designed, approved, and overseen by physicians who are personally invested in the outcomes — because one of them co-founded the company.

Medical Director & Equity Co-Founder

Daniel Rosen, MD

Board-Certified Internal Medicine · Calabasas Medicine

Dr. Rosen is an equity co-founder of BioHaus. Not a consulting physician. Not a medical director brought in to sign forms. An equity partner whose name, license, and clinical judgment are attached to every protocol we deliver.

He has spent his career building a different kind of medical practice — one where patients are known, not managed. As a concierge internist, he takes on lighter patient loads so he can do medicine the way he believes it should be done: with time, attention, and genuine relationships.

His philosophy: merge the best of old-school medicine with modern technology. Recommend the least invasive options first. Focus on prevention and lifestyle before medication. Be available.

At BioHaus, Dr. Rosen reviews every member's labs, approves every protocol, and is the physician of record for all clinical services. When your biology changes, your protocol changes. That's a standard most wellness clinics can't offer.

"Medicine should feel personal. That's why I built my practice around knowing people — and why BioHaus is built the same way."

Co-Founder

Katarina Boshoff

Kat brings deep experience across behavioral health, brand development, design, and startup operations. She co-founded BioHaus because she saw the gap clearly: the people who most needed recovery support couldn't access it in a way that felt human, elevated, or sustainable.

She is responsible for the environment, the experience, and the culture that makes BioHaus feel different from the moment you walk in.

Why Physician Oversight Matters

Anyone can offer HBOT.
Not everyone can offer a physician who actually knows you.

Most wellness clinics offer modalities. BioHaus offers physician-guided care — which means every protocol is reviewed, every response is tracked, and every adjustment is made by someone whose medical license is on the line and whose equity stake is tied to outcomes.

That's not a marketing claim. It's the structure of the company.
